Who this policy covers
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use khatri.au or contact Nikhil “Nik” Khatri through this website. Nik is a Principal of Worrells. This is his personal professional website, not a separate insolvency practice. Professional enquiries are considered and, where appropriate, progressed through the relevant Worrells member firm.
Information handled by a Worrells member firm is also subject to the Worrells Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and any legislation or professional duties that apply to an engagement or formal appointment.
Information collected
The website may collect:
- information you submit through the enquiry form, including your name, email address, optional phone number, the capacity in which you are enquiring, the broad topic and your non-sensitive summary;

Disclosure

Personal information is not sold.

The locations may vary according to a provider’s infrastructure and configuration. Where the Australian Privacy Principles apply, reasonable steps will be taken in relation to overseas handling as required by law.
